To succeed in tough competition, you need a kayak that's both fast and agile, capable of executing radical maneuvers without hesitation. Wait – does that sound like a boat you can also have endless fun with in real whitewater? That's right! You could say the Barracuda is a smaller Joker with a flatter stern.
But to do it justice, we need to elaborate a bit: Overall, the platform is kept slightly narrower to generate more speed with a steep paddle stroke. And to ensure that speed isn't lost at the next stopper, we've given the Barracuda a redesigned rocker and steeper sidewalls in the bow. And at the back? That's where the party starts! Thanks to significantly more slice behind the seat, the stern cuts through the water like a knife through butter.
But don't worry – the Barracuda is so well-balanced that the sleek stern releases just as easily, giving you an extra boost.
