With 285 liters of volume, the Jack is designed for paddlers between 60 and 85 kg who are looking for an agile, high-floating boat. When paddled flat, the Jack remains unaffected by cross-currents and is easy to correct. It is agile and lively. The edge engages even with minimal tilt, allowing for sporty paddling with little weight transfer. Despite its flat hull and pronounced edge, the Jack is predictable to maneuver even in rocky whitewater, as the hull platform was not designed too wide.
The ends of the Jack appear sleek, but their width also makes them voluminous. This allows the boat to be turned quickly with a sweep stroke, to be maneuvered very precisely in powerful water, and provides a lot of confidence over drops.
Since the Jack is also aimed at lighter paddlers and women, weight saving was a top priority in our specifications. Unnecessary frills were omitted, and the equipment was limited to the essentials. This resulted in a modern, minimalist design that perfectly represents the spirit of the twenty-first century in whitewater. The fully integrated seat, with its ergonomic shape, allows for optimal seating height and comfortable paddling for many hours. The reinforcement in the bow stabilizes the cockpit in critical pinning situations and after high drops, and serves as an emergency foot-accessible exit step.
